Recipe: No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
Instructions:
1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. We used the 8x8 size.
2. Mix butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Make sure butter is melted and sugar dissolved.
3. Add oats, cinnamon, and salt. Heat for another 5 mins or so while stirring.
4. Pour half of this mixture into a lined/greased baking pan and press down.

3. Pour the majority of this mixture as the next layer in the greased pan. Press down to make an even layer. Save the rest for the top.
4. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top, pressing gently. Drizzle on the rest of chocolate mixture.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours until firm.
Cut into bars and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge. Enjoy!
