Sausage Ball Bites
Ingredients:
1 pound uncooked sausage (spicy sausage can be used)
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained (10 ounces)
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1.5 cups Bisquick
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, Bisquick, and shredded Mexican cheese blend. Mix everything until well combined.
