Ingredients:
1.5 pounds sliced baby red potatoes
1 diced onion
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Place the sliced red potatoes and chopped onion into your slow cooker.
2. Add water and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
3. Remove potatoes and onions once done.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and flour until well combined.
