- 1 (8 oz) package of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or a blend)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them lightly in all-purpose flour until coated.

6. Stir in the chopped parsley and paprika, and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
7. Pour the mushroom sauce evenly over the chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and begins to brown.
