There's something truly comforting about sitting down to a creamy, hearty dish at the end of a long day. That’s why I love serving up these Low Carb Chicken Meatballs Alfredo. The chicken meatballs are a leaner alternative to beef but are just as delicious, especially when smothered in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce. This dish is perfect for those watching their carb intake but still looking for that satisfying comfort of a well-cooked meal. It’s a hit with both the adults and the kids, making it a win in our house!
This Low Carb Chicken Meatballs Alfredo pairs wonderfully with a side of steamed broccoli or a crisp green salad to add a splash of color and freshness to your plate. For those in your family not watching their carbs, you could serve it over a bed of traditional pasta or some garlic bread on the side. I love how flexible this dish can be!

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups heavy cream

Variations & Tips
For those who like a bit more punch in their meatballs, adding a dash of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the meat mixture can spice things up. If you’re looking to add more veggies into your meal, consider folding in some spinach or chopped zucchini into the Alfredo sauce. For a dairy-free option, you can substitute coconut cream and nutritional yeast in place of heavy cream and Parmesan.
