Mini Cannoli Cups

Ingredients
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Zest of 1 orange
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spray a mini cupcake tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each slot to form a cup.
3. Bake the wonton wrappers for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
