Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp is a dish that's as simple as it is delightful. Growing up in the Midwest, shrimp isn't something I had often, but whenever it made an appearance, it was always a treat. This recipe is perfect for those busy weeknights when you want something delicious but don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen. Plus, the garlic and parmesan give it a rich, savory flavor that makes it feel special.
This shrimp dish pairs wonderfully with a simple side of steamed vegetables like broccoli or asparagus. A light, fresh salad with a lemon vinaigrette is also a great complement. For a heartier meal, you can serve it over a bed of quinoa or with a side of garlic bread to soak up the delicious juices.

Variations & Tips
For a bit of heat, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture. If you prefer a buttery finish, substitute part of the olive oil with melted butter. You can also swap out Parmesan for Pecorino Romano if you want a slightly different cheese flavor.
