This Pineapple Dump Cake pairs beautifully with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For a little extra flair, try garnishing with some toasted coconut flakes. Let it cool slightly before serving to let it set a bit.
Variations & Tips
For an extra burst of flavor, you could mix in a can of cherry pie filling with the pineapple for a pineapple-cherry dump cake. If you're feeling a bit more indulgent, add a handful of chopped pecans or walnuts on top before cooking for a nice crunch. You can also experiment with different cake mix flavors like white or pineapple cake mix for a slightly different taste.
