1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings in juice
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions
1. Place the gammon joint into the slow cooker.
2. Drain the juice from the pineapple can into a bowl and set the pineapple rings aside.
3. To the bowl of pineapple juice, add the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, whole cloves, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves. Mix well.
4. Pour the pineapple juice mixture over the gammon in the slow cooker.
5. Arrange the pineapple rings on top of the gammon. You can secure them with toothpicks if necessary.
