8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (1-inch cubes)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits and separate them into 8 individual biscuits.
Gently flatten each biscuit with your hands, then place a mozzarella cube in the center of each one.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese cube and pinch the seams to seal. Make sure the cheese is fully enclosed.
Place each cheese-filled dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with optional marinara sauce for dipping.

Variations & Tips
If you want to switch things up, try using different types of cheese like cheddar or pepper jack for a bit of a kick. You can also add a small slice of pepperoni or cooked bacon inside with the cheese for a meaty surprise. For a sweeter version, replace the garlic butter with cinnamon sugar butter and the cheese with a chocolate square or a piece of marshmallow. Just be sure to adjust the baking time slightly if you opt for these variations.
