Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
Place the boneless pork chops at the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well-covered.
Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed once cooked.
