Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions
Place the boneless pork chops at the bottom of your slow cooker.
