24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered erythritol
3 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup rum (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, and granulated erythritol until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
