1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Fresh oregano leaves for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
