1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons honey
2 pounds chicken wings
2 cups jarred marina sauce for dipping
In a 6 quart slow cooker add in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and parmesan. Mix well.
Drizzle wings evenly with honey then season with salt and pepper. Mix well, being sure each wing is coated in honey. Then add into slow cooker.
Mix well, using your fingers to really press in the parmesan mixture onto the chicken wings for a nice crust.
Line the top of your slow cooker with a few paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Gently remove from slow cooker and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Pro tip: Finish in a 400 °F / 200 °C oven if you want it crispy
