Cooktop Cove: Southern style shrimp salad
By Emily Monaco
This shrimp salad takes on a southern flair thanks to the tricked-out mayonnaise-based dressing. The recipe below features just the right combination of sour pickle, sweet ketchup, and spicy Creole mustard to make this salad sing.
While this Southern-style shrimp salad is delicious all on its own, it also makes a great sandwich filling, a topping for crostini or even alongside fried green tomatoes.
