Yummy, ooey, gooey cheese recipes. Full of carbs but so good. There's just something about melting cheese in a recipe that makes it irresistible. It's like it brings food together in the most delicious way.
If you are a serious cheese lover (and many people are), then here are some recipes that you need to see. Serve these at your next party or even just make them for yourself. Nobody will tell – wink, wink.
1. Cheesy garlic and meatball rolls
Meatball subs may seem like an obvious dish to make for game day, but they're messy and can be difficult to eat. The recipe that follows, however, gives guests all the deliciousness that comes with those subs without worrying about how everyone's going to eat them while huddled around the TV. In addition to making your guests very happy, you will also have done it without breaking a sweat.
2. Buffalo chicken dip

Garlic bread is a real crowd pleaser, and it only gets better with the addition of gooey cheese. In this recipe, a country loaf is scored and filled with richly flavored garlic butter. Add cheese and herbs, and bake until the bread is nice and crisp before serving.
