Cooktop Cove: Grab some deli ham for the easiest 3-ingredient roll up

When I need a quick snack or lunch, nothing beats a simple roll-up. The recipe below uses just 3 ingredients to make a totally satisfying mini meal. I make this at least twice a week.
Of course, you can change this recipe up in a million different ways. Sometimes I use garlic and herb cream cheese or add capers or scallions in addition to or in place of the olives. I also sometimes use roast beef or smoked turkey instead of ham.
Low-Carb Ham Roll-Ups

4 ounces cream cheese
4 slices deli ham
4 dill pickle spears
Spread the cream cheese onto the ham slices, dividing equally. Top each with a dill pickle spear and roll up. Cut into pieces (like sushi rolls) and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
