1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Crackers or sliced vegetables for dipping

Optional topping:
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs or panko
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish lined with foil. If you want a topping: Mix together breadcrumbs and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and pour mixture on top.
