Keto Lemon Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
3 eggs
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups almond flour, 1/3 cup granulated sweetener, 1 tbsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
3. Add 2/3 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 eggs, and 1 tbsp lemon zest to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
