Ingredients:
- 6 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1/2 cup of green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and spread out in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Feel free to always top with more cheese and/or bacon if you want a cheesy top!
3. Bake in preheated oven for 90 mins!
