2 boxes of Peanut Butter Ritz Bits crackers (~18 ounces in total)
3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1.5 cups of brown sugar
1.5 cups of butter, plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange crackers on a baking sheet.
