Cooktop Cove: Can't believe these can be made with just 2 ingredients
By Holly Owens
These Reese's Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups are a delightful treat that combines the classic flavors of chocolate chip cookies and Reese's peanut butter cups. Perfect for a quick dessert or a sweet snack, these cookie cups are easy to make with just two main ingredients. I first stumbled upon this idea during a busy weeknight when I needed a quick dessert for a last-minute gathering. The combination of gooey chocolate and creamy peanut butter was an instant hit, and it's been a go-to recipe ever since.
These cookie cups are perfect on their own, but if you're looking to elevate your dessert game, try serving them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The cold, creamy texture of the ice cream pairs wonderfully with the warm, gooey cookie cups. For a bit of freshness, you can also add a handful of fresh berries on the side. If you're serving these at a party, consider pairing them with a hot cup of coffee or a glass of cold milk for a classic combination.

Variations & Tips
For a fun twist, try using different types of chocolate chip cookie dough, such as double chocolate or peanut butter cookie dough. You can also experiment with different types of mini candy bars in place of the Reese's cups, like Rolos or mini Snickers. If you're feeling adventurous, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top of each cookie cup before baking for a sweet and salty flavor combination. For those who love nuts, consider adding a few chopped pecans or walnuts to the cookie dough before baking.
