Variations & Tips
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef. Experiment with different cheeses like Swiss or pepper jack for a unique flavor twist. Add vegetables such as bell peppers or mushrooms to the mixture for added texture and nutrition. For a sweet and tangy finish, top the meatloaf with a glaze made of ketchup and brown sugar before baking.
