Mozzarella Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the seared chicken breasts on top of the sauce in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
