Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing:
Ingredients:
1.5-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup melted butter
6 ounces chicken stuffing mix
1 can green beans, 14 oz drained
1 can cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Place seasoned chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Arrange drained green beans around the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. In a bowl, combine chicken stuffing mix with 1 cup of chicken broth, sour cream, and melted butter.
5. Spread the stuffing mixture over the green beans in the slow cooker. No need to mix.
6. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours (or high for 4) or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is tender. If mixture seems dry, feel free to add some additional chicken broth.
Once cooked, serve the slow cooker chicken and stuffing warm.
