Cooktop Cove: Keep this hearty chicken wings dish for your next social event
By Jess Valentine
Sometimes it feels like blue cheese was made just for dipping buffalo wings. The two make an amazing combination of flavors, spicy, earthy, creamy. You can't go wrong with this pairing, they were made for each other. In the recipe below we slowly cook the wings in buffalo sauce and blue cheese, the wings slowly soak in all that flavor and the sauce comes together in one delicious sauce.
We start of by crumbling our favorite blue cheese and mixing it in with buffalo sauce. We add onion powder and garlic powder to add some extra earthiness to the recipe. If you want that extra crispiness simply throw the wings under the broiler on a baking sheet lined with parchment and let them crisp up.
