Cooktop Cove: Easy pizza casserole for chefs who only have five minutes to cook
By Audrey Michels
Some nights you just don’t feel like making an elaborate, colorful meal. We don’t always have time to whip up a main course, side salad, and maybe a carbohydrate too. Some nights, there is only time or energy enough to make a single, simple casserole. This is that recipe.
With just 4 ingredients, it’s actually difficult to mess this dish up. Set a timer and keep an eye on it in the oven to make sure it doesn’t burn. If you’re up to it, a few more toppings (sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) or even just a fresh herb garnish like basil would make this incredibly easy dish look like it took all evening. Enjoy!
