Growing up, my family always had a tradition of making a delicious breakfast casserole on Christmas morning. It quickly became a staple in our household and something that we looked forward to all year round. There's just something special about waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the aroma of a warm sausage and egg casserole baking in the oven. To this day, it remains one of my favorite breakfast dishes and I'm excited to share my recipe with you.
One of the reasons why I love this recipe is not just the incredible taste, but also how easy it is to make. With just a few simple steps, you can have a hearty and delicious breakfast ready to go in no time. Plus, it's perfect for feeding a crowd, so it's a great option for a family brunch or special occasion. Trust me, once you try this sausage and egg casserole, it will become a new favorite in your household too.
