Slow Cooker Marry Me Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1½ cups of chicken stock
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of full-fat cream
3 teaspoons of minced garlic
½ teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of Italian herb blend
½ teaspoon of powdered onion
2 tablespoons of butter, cut in 5 parts
⅓ cup of sun-dried tomatoes, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the chicken stock and cornstarch gradually while whisking. Continue whisking until there are no lumps, and then pour the mixture into the slow cooker.
2. Add the full-fat cream, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt, Italian herb blend, paprika, and powdered onion to the slow cooker. Whisk everything together with the chicken stock until well blended.
3. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Next place the cut butter and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to high heat for approximately 2 to 3 hours, or low heat for 6 to 7 hours.
