Slow Cooker Sweet Chili Jam 
Ingredients:
6 fresh red chili peppers, coarsely chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1 white onion, roughly diced
2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
1. Sterilize mason jars.
2. Process chili, onion, garlic, and water in a food processor until finely chopped.
3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Add sugar, vinegar, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly and cook on low for 1 hour.
