Pork Chop Supreme Recipe:
Ingredients:
6 boneless pork chops (can use bone-in, but cook time will vary)
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup milk
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 can of cream of onion soup
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9x13 baking dish.
2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear chops in olive oil until brown on each side. Remove chops.
3. Mix cream of onion soup, French onion soup mix, and milk.
4. Layer potato slices on bottom of casserole dish, then chops in a baking dish.
5. Pour the soup mixture over.
6. Bake for 60 mins (longer for bone-in). Check pork chops - they're done at 145°F (63°C) internal temp.
Rest a few mins, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
