Who's up for a heartwarming twist on two beloved classics? French Fry Chicken Alfredo Casserole throws together the crispy delight of French fries with the creamy, rich texture of chicken Alfredo. Perfect for those evenings when you want to impress the family with something a bit different without deviating too far from those comfort food roots. It's a handy recipe for using up leftover chicken, and let's be honest, who can resist anything topped with golden, crispy French fries?
This scrumptious casserole pairs wonderfully with a fresh green salad tossed with a light vinaigrette or some steamed green beans. For an extra burst of freshness, why not add a side of garlic breadsticks or a small bowl of steamed broccoli? These sides help to balance the richness of the Alfredo sauce and make your meal complete.

7. Once baked, let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Variations & Tips
For those in the family who like a little extra kick, add some red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce into the Alfredo mixture. If you're catering to vegetarian preferences, replace the chicken with a mixture of sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and onions. For a lighter version, consider using sweet potato fries instead of regular French fries and a lighter Alfredo sauce.
