Freshly steamed vegetables or a light garden salad can add a healthy and colorful touch to your plate. For a fun, family-style meal, serve it with tortillas, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream. Don’t forget a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top for that extra burst of freshness!

Variations & Tips
For picky eaters, you can serve the chicken shredded inside tacos or burritos with some cheese and lettuce. If you're in the mood for a bit more spice, add a diced jalapeño to the slow cooker. For a creamier version, mix in a dollop of sour cream or a splash of heavy cream right before serving. You can also substitute the chicken thighs with chicken breasts if you prefer white meat.
