1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt

3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt into the melted chocolate.
4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
5. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the chocolate, pressing them gently into the surface.
6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
7. Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor, try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few drops of peppermint extract to the melted chocolate. You can also substitute the hazelnuts with almonds or pecans if you prefer. For those who enjoy a bit of fruitiness, add some freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries on top before the chocolate sets. If you have picky eaters, consider making a plain version without nuts and let them add their favorite toppings.
