This peach cobbler is a delightful dessert on its own, but you can elevate it by serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. For a bit of crunch, consider adding a sprinkle of chopped nuts like pecans or almonds on top. If you're serving this at a family gathering, pair it with a light salad or a simple grilled chicken dish to balance the sweetness of the cobbler.
Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Peach Cobbler

2 cans (21 oz each) peach pie filling
1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions
1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a little butter.
2. Pour the peach pie filling into the bottom of the slow cooker, spreading it out evenly.
3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peach pie filling.
4. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix, trying to cover as much of the surface as possible.
5. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the top is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
6. Once done, let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings.
Variations & Tips
For a bit of spice, add a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the peach pie filling before adding the cake mix. If you prefer a less sweet version, use fresh or frozen peaches instead of canned pie filling, and add a bit of sugar to taste. For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free cake mix. You can also experiment with different pie fillings like apple or cherry for a new twist on this classic dessert.
