Strawberry citrus infused water is a delightful way to stay hydrated while adding a burst of flavor to your day. This refreshing drink combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tanginess of citrus fruits, creating a vibrant and invigorating beverage. Perfect for those warm summer days or as a healthy alternative to sugary drinks, this infused water is not only delicious but also visually appealing. I first discovered this recipe while trying to cut down on sugary sodas, and it quickly became a staple in my kitchen. It's a simple yet effective way to elevate your water game, and it's always a hit at gatherings or just as a personal treat.
This strawberry citrus infused water pairs beautifully with light and fresh meals. Consider serving it alongside a crisp garden salad, grilled chicken, or a quinoa bowl. It's also a fantastic accompaniment to a brunch spread, complementing dishes like avocado toast or a fruit platter. For a more indulgent pairing, try it with a cheese board featuring a variety of cheeses, nuts, and dried fruits. The refreshing flavors of the infused water will balance out the richness of the cheese.

Variations & Tips
For a different twist, try adding a few slices of cucumber for a cooling effect or a splash of lime juice for extra zing. You can also experiment with different herbs like basil or rosemary for a unique flavor profile. If you prefer a sweeter infusion, add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup to each jar before refrigerating. For a more intense flavor, let the water infuse overnight in the refrigerator. Remember to remove the fruits after 24 hours to prevent bitterness from the citrus peels.
