Cooktop Cove: Add chicken atop 3 canned soups for an easy yet delectable casserole

Nothing beats a simple, delicious recipe that requires little to no prep work. This chicken rice casserole only calls for a handful of ingredients, none of which you have to season or cook in any way. For those of you who love casseroles and own a slow cooker at home, you ought to give this recipe a try.

3-soup slow cooker chicken casserole
Ingredients
2-lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 10-oz can cream of celery soup
1 10-oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 10-oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
1. Mix 3 soups in bottom of 5-quart slow cooker.
2. Stir in rice.
Place chicken on top.
Then add in celery (optional).
Season with pepper.
3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
4. Serve hot and creamy.
Chicken is tender and seasoned!
