Cooktop Cove: How to make slow cooker pulled porked sandwich (video)
By Rhona Reid
Long, slow cooking in a rich, sweet and spicy sauce is one of the greatest things you can do to a piece of pork. More than most other meats, pork really loves being cosseted by those fabulous flavors and rendering it's fat down to leave fork-tender meat that you're just dying to stuff into a bun!
This is perfect to set cooking in the morning, so you can return to a kitchen that smells incredible!
