Cooktop Cove: Watch how to make no-bake Millionaire pie
Pie is a fabulous choice for dessert, but if patience isn't your virtue, making a pie crust, baking it, and waiting for the pie to cool before you can enjoy a tasty treat, could deter you from trying to make your own. This simple no-bake Millionaire Pie will hit the sweet spot without heating up the kitchen. And you don't even have to make a crust!

No-bake Millionaire pie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes (yes, you read that right!)
Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes
Serves: Serves 6
1 graham cracker prepared crust (if you can't find it, you can follow Crazy for Crust's recipe here
, but keep in mind the prep time would increase)
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
1 1/2 cups of whipped topping, plus extra
1. Set graham cracker crust to the side. Combine coconut flakes, pineapple, cherries, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and cherry juice in a bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping, gently combining everything with a spoon or spatula.
2. Pour the mixture into a crust and top with extra whipped cream. Allow the pie to cool in the refrigerator for three to four hours.
Pro tip: If you don't like pecans, try swapping them out for your favorite nut (like walnuts, almonds or pistachios). You can also skip the nuts completely if you don't like them or can't eat them.
