Cooktop Cove: How to make zesty Brussels sprouts

1 pound Brussels sprouts, cut in halves
4 tablespoons canola oil
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons orange zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss Brussels sprouts with oil and salt
Roast on a baking tray for 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts start to turn brown and are tender throughout.
In a bowl toss Brussels sprouts with orange and lemon zest.
