Cooktop Cove: Low carb pepperoni parmesan crisps
Cheese, any kind of cheese, is one of the best things about life isn't it? And when it's Parmesan cheese, it gets even better. Melt that Parmesan down until its edges are crispy and, you're pretty close to a thing of perfection. That's just we do in the recipe below, but taking it one step further, we also top it with a slice of pepperoni. And yes, it's as good as it sounds!
These snacks, or easy appetizers for a party, don't take very long to pull together either. You can be munching on them in about ten minutes (and that's if you really take your time), and they only have three ingredients. They truly just get better and better. You can serve them on their own, or alongside a marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
