2 (6-ounce) tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
10 (0.5-ounce) sausage links, cooked
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
On a floured worksurface, roll out the 10 biscuits until they become 4-inch rounds.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the dried oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Equally diving the cream cheese mixture between the 10 biscuits, place a dollop in the center of the round and spread it out evenly on the dough.
Place a sausage link on top of the cream cheese. Roll the dough up around the sausage link.
Cut each rolled sausage into four pieces and place a toothpick in each one so the dough stays rolled around the sausage.
Place the bites on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove the toothpicks and serve.
