1 pound premade pizza crust
1 cup tomato-based salsa
1 can black beans
1/3 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
Hot sauce (optional)
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 egg, beaten
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick, and cut out 2- to 3-inch circles with a glass or a cookie cutter.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay out the dough circles, leaving a half inch of space between them.
Leaving a small border around the outside, place a 1/2 tablespoon salsa on each circle of dough.
Top with a teaspoon of black beans, a teaspoon of shredded chicken, a dash of hot sauce (optional) and a pinch of shredded cheese.
Dip a finger in water, and wet half of the outer edge of the dough. Fold the circle in half, and pinch the edges together.
Brush the rolls with an egg wash.
Bake them for 14 to 15 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.
