This quick meal combines all the best parts of a sandwich but leaves out the carb-loaded bread. It’s ideal for the low-carbers in your life. Best of all, it's delicious, whether you stick to a low-carb diet or not.
You can use any type of deli meat you like for this dish. Roast beef, pastrami, ham or turkey are all suitable. For the best results, spring for the fancy pickles. You won’t regret it. By the way, if you’re feeding a crowd, you can easily double or triple this recipe. It will be the star of the show among all the other treats on your table.
Cream cheese pickles (party snacks)

5 minutes, plus overnight to chill

4 kosher dill pickles, patted dry
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
8 slices thin-sliced deli meat
Spread cream cheese onto each pickle so the sides are completely coated.
Wrap two slices of meat around each.
Cover and refrigerate the pickles overnight.
To serve, slice into thick rounds.
