Cooktop Cove: I seriously can eat these everyday for breakfast

Combine your favorite parts of a breakfast sandwich and a slider, and you get these tasty treats. Piled high with bacon, egg and cheese, these little sliders pack a huge flavor punch. Best of all, the recipe below could not be simpler to make.
Start things off by frying up some bacon and scrambling eggs in the delicious bacon fat. Layer these ingredients on sweet Hawaiian rolls along with some sharp cheddar cheese. Brush with butter, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, and bake until just golden brown. Then just slice, serve and enjoy!
Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
12 eggs
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sheet Hawaiian-style slider buns (12 buns)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Secret optional ingredient: Syrup! (See below)
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
3. Pour off all but 2 teaspoons of the fat.
4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add to the pan and season with pepper.
5. Cook, stirring occasionally with a rubber spatula, until large curds form and the eggs are just set. Stir in half of the cheese, and set aside.
6. Halve the sheet of slider buns widthwise, and lay the bottom layer in a greased 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Top each bun with two slices of bacon, and spread the eggs evenly over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar, and cover with the bun tops.
7. Brush the buns with melted butter, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Serve with syrup and dip in syrup when eating. If you want, you can even drizzle some syrup onto these sliders before serving.
