7-Can Chicken Taco Soup
Ingredients:
-1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
-1 can corn, drained
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 can diced green chilies
-1 can chicken broth
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can chicken, drained
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if desired.
4. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and diced avocado. Enjoy!
