Ingredients
2 pounds frozen beef slider patties
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
1. Place the frozen beef slider patties in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker. Scatter the sliced onion over the top.
2. Pour the barbecue sauce and beef broth over everything, making sure the patties are well coated.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is fully cooked and very tender.
4. Gently break up the patties with a spoon if you’d like a looser sandwich filling, or leave them whole for hearty slider-style portions. Stir to coat well in the sauce.
5. Spoon onto slider buns and serve warm.
