Directions
1. Cook the bacon until very crisp, then drain it well and crumble it into small pieces. Let it cool completely.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar until evenly combined.
3. Spoon or spread the mixture into the center of each celery stalk, filling the groove from end to end.
