1 raw pork sirloin roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
1 packet dry onion soup mix, about 1 ounce
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, 14 ounces
Directions
1. Lightly coat the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick spray if desired for easier cleanup. Place the raw pork sirloin roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the top of the roast, then spoon the cranberry sauce over it, spreading it across the surface as much as you can.
3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours, until the pork is very tender and reaches a safe internal temperature. The roast should be easy to slice or shred with a fork.
4. Transfer the roast to a cutting board or serving platter. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice or shred and spoon some of the juices from the slow cooker over the top before serving.
