Slow Cooker Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:3 - 4 pounds (1.5 - 2 kilograms) sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups (475 ml) brown sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, melted
3 tablespoons (45 ml) orange juice
1 tablespoon ground (15 ml) cinnamon
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground all-spice
1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt (5 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml)
1 cup (250 ml) mini marshmallows
Directions1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and add diced sweet potatoes. Add the butter, sugar, orange juice, and vanilla. Sprinkles the spices on top and stir to make sure that everything is combined very well.
